Braised Beef Ravioli with Chimichurri

Carla’s Pasta Recipe for Braised Beef Ravioli with Chimichurri

Serving Size



8-10 Carla’s Pre-Cooked (Frozen) Braised Beef Ravioli
1 cup Fresh Basil
½ cup Fresh Mint
½ cup Fresh Cilantro + 2 sprigs for garnish
2 each Scallions (Chopped) 
1 each Garlic Clove
1 piece Ginger Peeled 1’’ x 1’’
½ each Jalapeno Pepper
1 each Lime (Juiced)
1 T Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste


1. Combine ingredients in a food processor.
2. Process until sauce resembles a coarsely chopped consistency.
3. Season with salt to taste.
4. Reserve for later use.


1. Spread 2 T Chimichurri Sauce in a linear fashion on plate.
2. Cook 8-10 Carla’s Braised Beef Ravioli in boiling water 3-4 minutes until pasta is tender and filling is hot. 
3. Drain pasta well. 
4. Toss ravioli in 2 Tablespoons of Chimichurri Sauce.
5. Assemble ravioli above sauce, garnish with sprigs of cilantro, and serve.
